CME
Overview

CME employees play a key role in the success of the company. They take pride in their work and are committed to a job well done. CME, in turn, is committed to its employees and compensates their dedication with competitive pay and benefits package.

Medical and Dental Plans
When it comes to medical and dental plans, one size does not fit all. To respond to varying employee needs, CME offers excellent medical and dental plans. For one premium, our employees can select either a Health Maintenance Organization or a Participating Provider Option (PPO) for their medical coverage. Employees can also choose between a Dental Maintenance Organization or PPO dental coverage.

Retirement Plans
Recognizing that planning for the future begins today, CME offers both a  401(k) plan and a company-paid pension plan. Our 401(k) allows employees to contribute from 1 to 15 percent of their base pay on a pretax basis. CME also makes matching contributions.

Although pension plans are more and more difficult to find, we still believe in investing in the future of our employees. CME employees are eligible for a company-paid pension plan, with compensation-based credits (based on age and salary) and interest credits. Employees don't contribute anything. Various vesting schedules apply under the plans.

Tuition Assistance Program
We support the continued personal and professional growth of our employees. Qualified students in approved programs can receive up to 100 percent of their tuition reimbursed, up to a certain maximum. CME also offers employees a variety of professional training courses.

Paid Time Off
As dedicated as we are to our jobs, sometimes it's great to have some time off with pay. After the first 90 days of employment, all employees accrue vacation time. CME recognizes nine holidays per year. Plus, employees are generally eligible for three personal days.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plans
In life, things happen beyond our control. But it helps to deal with unexpected events if we're covered by insurance. CME helps protect our employees' income by providing life and accidental death and dismemberment plans. Full-time employees are eligible for this plan on their first day of work.

Income Protection Plans
Serious illness takes more than an emotional toll on families. If you don't have financial protection, the loss of income can also be devastating. CME employees do have access to this protection. We offer sick days, a short-term disability program and a long-term disability plan to employees who satisfy applicable waiting period requirements. These income protection plans allow employees to receive a portion of their salary if they are unable to work.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Eligible employees can use pre-tax dollars for the reimbursement of certain dependent care or health care costs with this program.

Adoption Assistance Program
CME recognizes that adoption is a very important, personal decision and assists employees with this program. Eligible employees who wish to adopt a child may receive reimbursement of some of the expenses they incur.

Employee Assistance Program
CME wants its employees to succeed in all areas of their life — not just their work. The employee assistance program provides confidential counseling sessions to discuss many types of personal and family issues, ranging from legal counseling to child and elder care issues.
